Responsibility:

• Place the order to through Peoplesoft system according to the procurement plan, and work with the supplier for sales confirmation and approve shipments.
• Follow the company's standardized procurement process to ensure that suppliers shipping on time in accordance with the standard process.
• Communicate with Sourcing team and QC/QA departments to coordinate supply and quality issues.
• Maintain positive communication with the suppliers, establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
• Teamwork, and improve the procurement process continuously.
• Other tasks assigned according to business needs.

Requirement:

• The ability to work independently and willing to work hard.
• Experience with industrial product is preferred.
• Analytical, driven, open minded and goal oriented.
• Good English skills. Fluent Chinese is preferred.
• Can work under pressure and be willing to accept challenge.
• Honest and high responsibilities.
