Social Initiatives undertaken by Fastenal Employees
In a bid to promote environmental sustainability and Fastenal's ESG (Environmental, Social, & Governance) commitments, the employees in Fastenal India conducts a tree plantation drive every year. The drive was organized by the Fastenal India team in partnership with SankalpTaru and was attended by all the employees int the organization.
Employee Engagement Programs
Every year, Fastenal India hosts the much-anticipated Fastotsav, which brings coworkers together for a day of entertainment, food, and fun. It provides a break from the everyday grind, enabling staff members to forge personal bonds and foster a sense of teamwork.
